The Updated Division of ECU EMS – Protocols (Updated 12/10/2025 – Updated TB10 needle decompression to AEMT procedure. Correction AM5 Hypotension (Epi/Nor-Epi vasopressor use). OLD: Optional protocols aligned with standard protocols & new AEMT NCMB.) System modification in process. New procedures, NCMB-approved skills & Medications. (UP-10 update to reflect new AEMT/EMT medications) New or added medications or procedures that are system-approved must be supported by documented training by the clinician.
