Application Information

Our program participates in the National Residency Matching Program and only accepts applications through the Electronic Residency Applications Service (ERAS). Our deadline for this upcoming season is November 10, 2023.

Documents needed for a complete application file include:

• ERAS Common Application Form
• Medical school dean’s letter
• Medical school transcript
• Three letters of reference. At least one must be a SLOE from an emergency medicine physician, and we encourage you to submit a SLOE from each of your EM rotations.
• Personal statement
• USMLE or COMLEX Transcripts
  • We will consider your application with the USMLE/COMLEX Part 1 however, prior to starting your internship you must have passed Part 1, Part 2 CK, and Part 2 CS.

Once the complete application is received, the residency directors will review it and interviews will be granted by invitation. These interviews will occur on Tuesdays  from November 10, through January 28,2024.
